Christmas is the second largest holiday of
Christianity after Easter.
People in England celebrate Christmas on 25th December.
Testaments say that Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Christmas Day is celebrated as
a sugar festival and public holidays in several countries all around the world.
Popular customs include exchanging gifts, decorating Christmas trees, attending
church services, having meals with family and friends and of course waiting
Santa Claus to arrive.
They put up a Christmas tree and decorate it. They
brighten their homes with Christmas lights, they make decorations to put around
on home. The traditional Christmas colours are green and red. They listen to
Christmas songs, watch classic Christmas movies, and read Christmas stories
with family to enjoy quality time with each other. They make Christmas cookies.
They enjoy Christmas dinner with our family. They give presents to family and
friends.
